👋 Hi, I’m Malika

I’m a product designer who’s worked in Chicago, New York City, and now in Raleigh, NC.

I believe the best design is forward-thinking, invisible and delightful. Since 2014 I’ve sharped my UX skills and my people skills by working for companies like IBM, United Airlines, and Google. I’ve worked on failed startups and designs that have reached millions of users, and gained a wealth of knowledge over time.

At work, I try to see big picture in a product and bring it to life. At home, you’ll probably find me painting, napping, or playing with my daughter and golden doodle.
